Affilix expressly prohibits the scraping of email addresses from this Site and expressly opts out of receiving commercial electronic mail messages to Affilix domain email addresses that were obtained in violation of the foregoing or by use of automatic address-generation software.

Governing Law
The use of this website and these terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this website, and you waive any right to object to proceedings in those courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.
